Timesheet Details

This report lists time entry details for a given date range. As there are many time entry fields available to report on, you will probably want to generate a custom version of this report to show only the information you are interested in.

Create Custom Timesheet Summary Report

If the above timesheet summary reports do not group the data in the format you like you can create your own custom summary report. You can group by up to 5 different objects or factors, including custom fields.


Leave Reports

Employee Leave

This report summarizes employee leave hours.

Employee Leave Details

This report lists employee leave time entries in full detail.

Description

Balance Activity

This report summarizes changes to balances (sick, vacation, etc.) for each employee.

Balance Activity Details

This report lists details of each change to balances (sick, vacation, etc.) for each employee.

Employee Attendance

This report shows employee in/out times on a daily basis, as well as indicating if employees are in compliance with their scheduled in/out times. Any leave taken is also shown. See the Employee Attendance Report help topic for more information.

Employee Details

This report lists details for each employee, such as email, phone numbers, etc.

Employee Pay Report

This report shows pay data, such as RT/OT etc. hours and pay amounts, using rates that depend on the type of hours. For example OT hours can be configured to have a pay rate 1.5 times the RT pay rate. This report is a variation of the Profit Report (see below), and for more information see the Profit Report topic.


System Reports

Description

Audit Trail

This report lists audit events for the given date range.

Logins

This report lists employee logins (successful and unsuccessful) for the given date range.

System Even Log

This report lists information about system events such as sent emails, scheduled imports and exports, etc.

FTE Summary Report

This report summarizes full time equivalent (FTE) hours in a columnar format. For more information see the FTE Summary Report topic.

Hours Summary Report

This report summarizes timesheet hours in a columnar format. For more information see the Hours Summary Report (Columnar) topic.

Profit Report

This report summarizes profit/loss based on pay amounts and bill amounts. You can customize this report to break down the data by employee, project, group, etc. For more information see the Profit Report topic.

Reporting on Archived Data


Older time entry and asset entry data will eventually be moved into archival storage. You can still report on archived data if you need to (e.g. for auditing purposes, etc.) by altering the report's "Archive Settings" to target the archived data storage tables. The Data Archival topic has more information on how the system archives data.
